Citizen Survey

Cook County Soil and Water Conservation District is in the process of revising the County’s water plan. The water plan aids government agencies and citizens in working towards maintaining clean water in the county.

As the process moves forward in revising the plan, we are looking for community input. We are asking for you to take two minutes and fill out the Citizen Survey and let us know what you, as a community member, feel is a priority in the county regarding water quality.
