To:      Homestead Property Owners with out of town mailing addresses

RE:      Homestead Clarification Policy

Effective February 1, 2009, a new policy for all homestead properties
with an out of area mailing address is as follows:

Any homestead property owner with an out of town mailing address
will be required to fill out and return a homestead questionnaire
prior to December 15th of each year, or the homestead will be removed
for the following assessment year.
