Property Tax Due Dates If a due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the due date is extended to the following Monday. Taxes less than $50.00 must be paid in full by May 15th; Taxes greater than $50 must be paid by the following dates: Residential Real Estate 1st half by May 15th 2nd half by October15th Agriculture Real Estate 1st half by May 15th 2nd half by November 15th Personal Property on Leased Government Lands 1st half by May 15th 2nd half by November 15th Manufactured Homes 1st half by August 31st 2nd half by November 15th
*Seasonal Com'l 1st half by May 31st 2nd half by October 15th *Oath required for Class 3A properties
